I just want to make sure I have this correct. So for the first four weeks is toning up so I would do sets and reps? Then weeks I am focusing on Building strength and lean muscle so I do sets and reps? Then the last 4 weeks I am following the building mass workout?

Is that correct? Hey Salvatore, thanks for the great question. So if you want to build muscle then stick to reps, but that variation you mentioned is also good to shock your muscles if you find your body is adapting too quickly within 4 weeks of time and results start to slow down.
