The computer can be boot in safe mode. However, to my surprise, no minidump files have been saved for this problem. I have seen at least 5 such error message today and i am very sure i have configure the computer to save copies of minidumps files. Now I found the source of the problem. These may be if the DLLs were recently changed. I created the list of the DLLs linked to the Winlogon. It was the large list. I made the new installation of the Windows XP to the same disk to the Windows.
After that I checked the sizes and versions of the DLLs from my computer. I found that 3 difference: Gdi Windows started successfully! The Dr. Watson debugger program logs all information related to failed processes to the Drwtsn In addition to this, the debugger program can be configured to create memory dump files related to the failed processes.
